Minor in Studio Art and Technology

Earn a minor in studio art and technology

The Herron School of Art and Design and the School of Informatics and Computing (SOIC) collaborate to offer a studio art and technology minor. The 18 credit hours required for this minor are only applicable to students pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Herron or a Media Arts and Sciences degree at SOIC. Other IUPUI students interested in the studio art and technology minor should speak with an academic advisor because taking all 36 courses may be required.

Declaring a minor

Students who wish to pursue this minor must submit an online application declaring their intention before taking any courses. However, if you have already taken and completed one of the courses listed below, the minor requirement may be met once you have officially enrolled.
