ADULT CLASSES

18+ Summer Studio Art will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on five Wednesday sessions: May 24, May 31, June 7, June 21, and June 28. All sessions will take place in Eskenazi Hall, 735 W. New York St., on the IUPUI campus.

Fees and capacities are as follows:

  • Summer 2023: $120 per person, with a maximum of 15 participants.

To be enrolled, you must register by May 24.

While completing the online registration form secures a student's spot in a summer session, enrollment is not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Discounted rates: All sessions are discounted for IU affiliates and Indiana educators. Please email sschool@iupui.edu for the discount code.

Herron Community Learning Programs will host a culminating exhibition of student work in HR 269 and 269 of Eskenazi Hall for the fall and spring semesters. The fall exhibition will be held on Nov. 19, 2022, at 4 p.m., and the spring exhibition on April 22, 2023, at 4 p.m.

Eskenazi Hall is located on the IUPUI campus at 735 W. New York St. Check-in for Herron's Community Learning Programs takes place immediately after entering the building's main doors on the west side.

Parking is available in the Sports Complex Garage (875 W. New York St.), adjacent to Eskenazi Hall, or on levels 5 and 6 of the Riverwalk Garage (245 University Blvd.), southwest of the building.

18+ Summer Studio Art

Adults ages 18 and up will be immersed in creative investigations into traditional and contemporary studio practices through cultural and social lenses. Participants will share their enthusiasm for art-making with their peers, receive individualized feedback on their current work, and receive instruction on processes and techniques in various media, including drawing, acrylic painting, and printmaking.
