Galleries

About the galleries

Since opening in its current location in 2005, the Galleries have served as a vibrant site of exploration, participation, and learning. Through dynamic curatorial projects and public programming, Herron's galleries continue to be an innovative educational forum for diverse audiences by providing direct and meaningful encounters with contemporary art and artists.

Visit the Galleries year-round. All exhibitions and talks are free and open to the public, and the buildings and galleries are wheelchair accessible.

Eskenazi Fine Arts Center

Multiple exhibition and critique spaces at the Eskenazi Fine Arts Center primarily support Herron's educational mission, allowing faculty and students to exchange ideas and build upon their classroom learning.

Herron's galleries and visiting artist talks are made possible by the school's generous donors. Herron is grateful for the philanthropy that assures that gallery programming remains robust. In recognition of their devotion to visual art, the names of our donors are associated with the spaces and the visiting artist events they have supported.
