  • What is National Portfolio Day?

    National Portfolio Day provides students with the opportunity to meet with representatives from over 20 schools and colleges from across the nation. Representatives will review portfolios, offer critiques, and share information about their schools. All participating schools are accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design.

  • What should I bring?

    Bring finished pieces, works in progress, and sketchbooks. Bring original artwork whenever possible, but don't worry about matting or framing your work. If you have digital work, bring your laptop or tablet with a self-contained power source as a backup.

  • Do I need to register in advance?

    National Portfolio Day event is free and open to prospective students and their families. You don't need a reservation to attend. However, if you choose to RSVP below, you'll receive email reminders and correspondence about both National Portfolio Day and the Herron Preview event.

  • Where should I park?

    Parking is available in the visitor section of the Sports Complex garage located next to Herron's parking lot. Parking validations for the Sports Complex garage will be given at check-in. Please do not park in the surface lot next to Eskenazi Hall, which is for IU Parking Permit holders only; you may be ticketed as a result.

  • What if I can't make it to this event?
