Thank you for your interest in Herron Galleries. Please note that because of the advanced planning required, and the mission of Herron Galleries, we are rarely able to incorporate unsolicited proposals into our exhibition programming.
If you are submitting your work or an exhibition proposal for review, please follow these four guidelines.
Visit Herron Galleries in person
This will help you assess whether your work is appropriate for our program. If a visit is not possible, explore our website before you submit your proposal.
Limit your submissions
Limit submissions to a resume, a one-page artist’s statement or exhibition proposal, and a maximum of five images formatted to 300 dpi.
Do not propose a specific exhibition space.
If your work is accepted for exhibition, the gallery director will select the appropriate space.

Herron Galleries cannot respond to every submission and cannot accommodate solicitations made in person, by fax, or by phone.
Herron Galleries will make every effort to review submissions in a timely manner. However, a reply may take three to six months or more. If your work is deemed appropriate for a future exhibition, we will contact you.
