Financial Aid & Scholarships

Apply for financial aid and scholarships

Herron students are eligible for both Herron and IUPUI scholarships. These scholarship opportunities continue to be available throughout your academic career at Herron.

Scholarship opportunities don’t stop your freshman year

Herron is one of the top academic schools at IUPUI when it comes to scholarships awarded. In 2017, Herron gave $241,000 in scholarships to both incoming and continuing students. View 2017 scholarships and awards.

Undergraduate aid and scholarships

Herron undergraduate scholarships are awarded to incoming students entering Herron in fall and spring semesters. Applicants who complete their IUPUI application and submit their portfolio by February 1 for fall admission, or October 1 for spring admission, will receive first priority consideration for Herron scholarships.

Graduate aid and scholarships

In addition to scholarships and fee remission, Herron graduate students can apply for graduate appointments and fellowships to fund their education at Herron.

Federal aid

Remember to file the FAFSA, or Free Application for Federal Student Aid, by March 10. The FAFSA determines a student’s eligibility for federal, state, and IUPUI financial aid. Completing the FAFSA is completely free. Students may begin filing the FAFSA on October 1 each year.
