Bryan leads Aspen Impact, a strategy and design consulting team whose motto is to “Design Remarkable Futures for Society”. Bryan guides executives to create and achieve transformational visions and strategies, delight customers and community members, and build thriving enterprises. His team has led projects for clients throughout Indiana and in cities across North America and beyond. His approach blends business strategy and analysis with human-centered design, organizational change, and creative thinking.
Bryan is also a faculty member at Indiana University’s Herron School of Art and Design, where he teaches design thinking techniques to boost creativity, problem solving, and clarity of communications in the business and social sectors. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Harvard Alumni Association and is a founding board member for a health care foundation in San Diego. Bryan has held professional roles at Harvard University, the Indianapolis Mayor’s Office, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, among others. He has degrees in economics, business strategy and entrepreneurship, education, and social policy from UCLA, Michigan, and Harvard.
