Senior Fine Art Capstone Courses - Spring 2008

Only students who are in their last two semesters at Herron will be authorized to enroll in HER J400 or HER J401, the fine art senior capstone courses.

The student must:

1. Have 32 credit hours or less left for graduation and be enrolled in or have completed your required 400 level major studio courses.
2. Complete and send this form to Student Services, HR 126, for authorization. We will do our best to get you into the section you prefer.
3. The student will be notified by email if approved for HER J400 or HER J410. The student must then register for the authorized course.
